Aunt Bessie's - Yorkshire Puddings
Yorkshire puddings are a very popular side dish to the Sunday roast in England. A wonderful addition to your feast and prepared in no time as they have already been baked and frozen.
Preparation:
-Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat / 180°C fan oven.
-Place the Yorkshire puddings on a baking tray in the upper third and bake for 5 minutes.
-Serve the puddings boiling hot, immediately afterwards.
