Jacobs Cream Crackers
Cream cracker is a flat, often square, savoury biscuit. The name "cream cracker" refers to the preparation in which the mixture is whipped during production. The cream cracker is traditionally made from fermented dough.
They are made from wheat flour, vegetable oil and yeast and are usually served with cheese, corned beef or other savoury toppings such as Marmite or Vegemite. They are also eaten with butter or without a topping. An average cream cracker contains about 35 kcal.
