Colman's of Norwich Pepper Sauce Mix
Jeremiah Colman began making mustard in a watermill near Norwich at the beginning of the 19th century, mixing brown mustard (Brassica Juncea) with white mustard (Sinapis Alba) to create a spicy flavour. In 1814, he founded Colman's of Norwich and further refined the production methods for his mustard.
The Colman's Pepper Sauce Mix with black, white and green pepper goes perfectly with a juicy steak.
