Colman's of Norwich Bread Sauce Mix
Jeremiah Colman began making mustard in a watermill near Norwich in the early 19th century, mixing brown mustard (Brassica Juncea) with white mustard (Sinapis Alba) to create a spicy flavour. In 1814, he founded Colman's of Norwich and continued to refine the methods for making his mustard.
Colman's Bread Sauce Mix with a hint of muscat is a delicious addition to a roast turkey, or roast chicken.
