Bisto - Bangers & Mash
Bangers & Mash is a traditional British dish made with sausages and mashed potatoes. The name "Bangers" dates back to the early 20th century when meat was scarce and the sausages were made with too much water, they burst open with a pop and fizz when cooked over high heat.
